Janelle Kahn is a passionate learning and development professional dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations to thrive. She began her career as a management consultant, honing her skills in strategic planning, problem-solving, and collaborating with diverse teams to drive impactful business outcomes. This experience laid the foundation for her expertise in leadership development and organizational growth, which continues to define her work today.

Currently, Janelle serves as Director of the Mastercard Sales Academy, where she leads with a belief in the transformative power of learning to inspire meaningful change. Her career is marked by a talent for designing innovative strategies that empower people and organizations alike.

Rooted in Larchmont, Janelle balances her dynamic career with an active and fulfilling family life alongside her husband and children. A lover of travel, Janelle finds joy in exploring new places and cultures, which often inspires fresh perspectives in both her professional work and personal growth. In addition to her role with STEER, she is deeply involved in her community, serving in leadership roles with organizations like the Junior League of Westchester on the Sound, chairing committees on her children’s PTA, coaching youth soccer, and teaching religious education at her local parish. 

A New York native, Janelle graduated from Cornell University with a degree in Applied Economics and Business Management and remains connected with the school as an Alumni Admissions Ambassador.
