Advisory Council for Empowering Girls
The Advisory Council for Empowering Girls provides a safe and supportive space for STEER’s female student-athletes. It encourages ongoing participation in community service while prioritizing both individual and group needs. The Council ensures that girls feel heard, valued, and supported, and that they have a place within STEER where they can be their most authentic selves.
College & Alumni Advisory Council
The College & Alumni Advisory Council supports STEER’s mission by strengthening pathways from college to career for student-athletes and alumni. Comprised of professionals across industries, the Council provides strategic guidance, industry insight, and relationship-based support that expand postsecondary and professional opportunities. Through this work, the Council helps position STEER students and alumni for long-term success beyond the classroom and playing field.
Strategic Advisory Council
The Strategic Advisory Council supports and advances STEER’s mission through strategic planning, guidance, and thought partnership. Serving as a collaborative resource to organizational leadership, the Council leverages the expertise of experienced, mission-driven professionals to strengthen STEER’s long-term impact.
Educational Advisory Board
The Educational Advisory Board advances STEER’s mission by supporting the academic success and educational development of its student-athletes. Comprised of professionals across the education landscape, the Board provides strategic insight, guidance, and expertise to strengthen STEER’s academic programming and supports. Through this work, the Board helps ensure students are equipped to succeed in school and achieve their educational goals.
