Home and Hope hosted its first Pop-Up Mobile Food Distribution at Charter School of Educational Excellence in Yonkers in partnership with Feeding Westchester. The impact was incredible.

This incredible initiative was created through STEERās Project-Based Learning program by Charter School of Educational Excellence student-athletes Vinoria Frempong, Agelys Encarnacion, Gabriela Castaneda, and Kevin Boconsaca, with guidance from Allison Fasano and Mike DeSimone .
