100 by 2020 Campaign
STEER has launched a capital campaign to support having 100 student athletes successfully participating or graduated from the program across multiple schools in some of the largest and most challenged public school districts in the country by 2020. STEER has successfully changed the lives and outcomes for many student athletes in the Port Chester, Yonkers and most recently in the New York City Public School system, by delivering tailored services to student athletes and their families through distinctly selected and trained STEER Advisors. Since 2012, the STEER model has proven effective in selecting at risk youths, identifying obstacles to overcome, efficiently matching a comprehensive set of services around the participant and their families, and achieving life changing, sustainable outcomes.
We would be honored to have you participate in supporting our mission. On behalf of our board, the STEER Advisors, those that contribute their energies to help us evolve our programming and most importantly our student athletes and their families, we would be grateful for any support that could be provided. Below are some suggested 5 year pledge guidelines but we would be truly grateful for any support for any time period.

Donation Options
As an individual or family, you can sponsor specific student athletes through their STEER Advisors and make a direct impact in influencing their life changing outcomes. The yearly cost of providing support for a single STEER student athlete is $5,000. We allocate $2,000 per student athlete for tailored services matched to address specifically identified needs. These services typically include academic support, sports and training programs, and certain health and wellness assistance. STEER also allocates approximately $3,000 to compensate STEER Advisors for their commitment and attention to assisting their STEER student athlete in achieving very specific academic, athletic and community/family goals.
Multi-Year Pledge Options
Platinum:
Full Support 5 Student Athletes, $25,000 per year, $125,000 for 5 year pledge
Gold:
Full Support 3 Student Athletes, $15,000 per year, $75,000 for 5 year pledge
Silver:
Full Support 2 Student Athletes, $10,000 per year, $50,000 for 5 year pledge
Bronze:
Full Support 1 Student Athlete, $5,000 per year, $ 25,000 for 5 year pledge
Star:
Support Service 1 Student Athlete, $2,500 per year, $12,500 for 5 year pledge
