ADVISORY COUNCIL FOR EMPOWERING GIRLS
ACE will provide a safe space for the STEER female student athletes. We hope for our girls to continue to participate in community service along with placing an importance on their individual/group needs. We want to ensure that our girls feel heard and know that they have a place within STEER where they are allowed to be the most authentic version of themselves.

The Strategic Advisory Council serves as an extended network of the Board of Directors, assisting and contributing to the strategic mission of STEER. The SAC is comprised of experienced and passionate professionals committed to growing the Sport for Good impact of STEER
EDUCATIONAL ADVISORY BOARD
The members of our Educational Advisory Board (EAB) join STEER leaders as thought partners in considering new programs and innovations for the organization. EAB members join our Front Office staff and building-based leadership to share varied and valuable perspectives. The EAB's goal is to identify skills, traits, and other competencies needed in careers and today’s workforce and how they can be promoted in our community of learners.
